About the role
As a PPC Account Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation, optimisation, and reporting of Google Ads campaigns for a diverse portfolio of local SME clients. You will work closely with our design team to develop engaging and effective creative assets, and you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies across Google Ads for a variety of clients.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Create and manage various campaign types, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Write compelling ad copy and optimise landing pages to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop high-quality visual assets for ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and provide regular reports to clients.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement optimisation strategies to enhance campaign ROI.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent communication and support.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in PPC marketing.
- Contribute to the growth of the agency by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services.
Qualifications
- Google Ads certification (required)
- Google Analytics certification (required)
- At least 2 years of experience working in an agency environment or in-house marketing role, with a focus on PPC (required)
- Proven track record of successfully managing Google Ads campaigns (required)
- Experience with other social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok, Twitter/X) is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for digital marketing and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
